This course introduces students to business tools, digital technologies, and Property Management Systems used in hospitality and tourism establishments. It focuses on the practical application of technology in managing hotel reservations, guest records, room assignments, front-office operations, cashiering, housekeeping, reports, and other operational activities.
Students will perform simulated hotel transactions using a Property Management System. The course also develops competence in office productivity applications, data management, online collaboration, information security, customer service, and ethical handling of guest information.
